What do the size options mean?

Fits window range: The exact window-opening measurements that this shutter option is designed to suit.

Panels: The number of separate shutter panels within the frame.

Hinge direction: The side the panel is hinged on when viewed from inside the room, looking towards the window.

Midrail: The fixed horizontal rail across the shutter panel. If your window has a horizontal bar, the midrail should align with it.

T-post: A fixed vertical divider used between panels on wider shutters.

What Arrives With Your Shutter?

Your shutter panels arrive fully assembled and ready to install. The outer frame is supplied either pre-assembled or as four labelled pieces that simply connect using the supplied corner connectors.

Hinge pins and fixing screws are included, and the frame has pre-drilled fixing points to make installation straightforward.

Simply assemble the frame, secure it inside your window reveal, lift the shutter panels into place and insert the hinge pins. You'll only need a few basic tools.

How quickly can I collect or receive my shutters?

Suitable ready-to-go shutters that are in stock can often be collected from our Coomera warehouse the same day. We recommend confirming that your selected option is ready before travelling.

Delivery availability and timing depend on your location and the size of your order. Check the Shipping page or contact our team before ordering if you require delivery.

Why are your ready-to-go shutters more affordable?

We stock common shutter sizes in bulk and sell directly from our Coomera warehouse. By making measuring, product selection and DIY installation straightforward, we reduce many of the costs associated with traditionally measured and installed shutters.

The lower price does not mean lower construction quality - our shutters use aluminium-reinforced solid PVC, a durable Vivid White anti-scratch paint finish and are supported by a 20-year product warranty.

What if my window doesn’t match a ready-to-go size?

Custom-made plantation shutters are also available. Submit a custom-pricing request with your window measurements, and our team will help confirm the most suitable size, panel configuration and midrail position for your opening.

Custom orders generally have an approximate 2–3 week turnaround after the details and order are confirmed.
