Coverage

If your Instant Shutters product is found to be faulty or has a manufacturing defect that impacts its appearance or use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Exclusions

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse of the product
• Accidental damage or insurable events
• Incorrect installation
• Use of abrasive cleaning products
• Lack of maintenance or cleaning
• Exposure to the elements or moisture being left on the product

Defects

A defect to the finish of the product is defined by something that is visible to the naked eye from a distance of 1.2 metres in natural daylight. As our products are handmade, defects not visible from this distance are considered within industry standards and are not covered under warranty.
