Terms of service

All our shutters are made from solid PVC polymer with an aluminum core for stability. Our

shutters come in a vivid white and are finished with an anti-scratch paint to protect from scuffs and marks. Our shutters are premium quality, so they won’t warp, fade or crack.

1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to pick-up or delivery of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For all custom orders, payment must be made in full before any manufacturing processes begin. All prices are inclusive of GST.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once a custom order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If allowed, a fee may apply depending on the stage of production.

A final order form will be sent for your review and confirmation. It is your responsibility to double check all details and sizes are correct before confirming the order.

For our standard range shutters, if the sizing is incorrect, you may return or exchange them if they have not been installed, screwed into or damaged in anyway.

2. Warranty & Liability

Our products come with a 20-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all our PVC products and Aluminium shutters include a 10-year warranty. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

3. Product Acceptance

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all goods upon pick-up or delivery. Any discrepancies, visible defects, or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

After this period, the goods will be deemed accepted.

Please note:

  • The maximum recommended width for a single-panel shutter is 900mm (panels wider than 900mm are not covered by warranty).

  • Shutters wider and taller than 1800mm high are designed as assisted-close. This means they require a slight lift when closing, due to increased weight and the additional strain placed on the hinges.

  • Shutters over 1500mm high require a midrail


4. Lead time & Delivery

Please note that our standard product range is available for same-day pick-up. However, custom orders require approximately 2–3 weeks for manufacturing.

All orders are supply only and pick-up from our Coomera factory, unless otherwise specified on the quotation or invoice.

We offer delivery, servicing areas as far north as Rockhampton. Delivery pricing will vary depending on the location and must be confirmed prior to dispatch.

  • Standard items are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase pending on delivery availability.

  • Custom orders will be delivered 5-7 business days after the completion of the 2-3-week manufacturing period, depending on your location and delivery availability.

For deliveries that require freight, please note that delivery lead times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical delays, weather conditions, or transportation issues. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Additionally, once your order leaves our premises and is in the hands of the freight company, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit.

For the quotation/invoice to be accepted, we require written confirmation either via email or a signature at the bottom of this page.
