Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide reliable delivery service for our premium plantation shutters across Australia, with delivery available as far north as Rockhampton. All orders are shipped directly from our Coomera, Queensland facility.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

1. Standard Range Shutters

  • Processing Time: Standard range items are available for same-day pickup from our Coomera factory
  • Delivery Time: Standard items are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location and delivery availability

2. Custom Orders

  • Manufacturing Lead Time: Custom orders require approximately 2-3 weeks for manufacturing after order confirmation and full payment
  • Delivery Time: Custom orders will be delivered 5-7 business days after completion of the manufacturing period, depending on your location and delivery availability

3. Local Pickup

  • Availability: Pickup is available from our Coomera factory during business hours. Please arrange pickup time in advance.

Payment & Order Requirements

  • Full payment is required prior to pickup or delivery of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • For custom orders, payment must be made in full before manufacturing begins
  • All prices are inclusive of GST

Important Delivery Information

Freight Deliveries: For deliveries requiring freight, please note that delivery lead times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical delays, weather conditions, or transportation issues. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Transit Responsibility: Once your order leaves our premises and is in the hands of the freight company, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
